Compliance with Building Regulations
It is a statutory requirement that all houses built conform to minimum standards as set out in the Building Regulations. These are a comprehensive set of guidelines, set out in twelve parts, covering all aspects of construction from Structure to Access for Disabled People. We can ensure compliance both at design stage, by correct detailing, and at construction stage, through supervision of the work.
